1. Mô tả dịch vụ

Chúng tôi cung cấp hệ thống tự động hoá quy trình (workflow) dựa trên n8n, cho phép kết nối các dịch vụ Google như Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Calendar và các ứng dụng khác theo cấu hình của người dùng, nhằm tự động hoá các tác vụ công việc.

Dịch vụ được cung cấp dưới dạng công cụ kỹ thuật; kết quả xử lý phụ thuộc vào luồng công việc và dữ liệu do bạn cấu hình.

2. Tài khoản và trách nhiệm của bạn

  • Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về tính chính xác của thông tin và quyền truy cập mà bạn cấp cho hệ thống.
  • Bạn chỉ được kết nối các tài khoản Google mà bạn sở hữu hoặc được phép quản lý.
  • Bạn có trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập và thông báo cho chúng tôi khi phát hiện truy cập trái phép.
  • Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung, dữ liệu và tác vụ do luồng công việc của mình thực hiện.

3. Sử dụng được phép

Bạn đồng ý không sử dụng dịch vụ để:

  • Vi phạm pháp luật, quyền riêng tư hoặc quyền của người khác.
  • Gửi thư rác, nội dung gây hại, lừa đảo hoặc xâm phạm dữ liệu.
  • Truy cập trái phép vào hệ thống, dò quét lỗ hổng hoặc gây quá tải dịch vụ.
  • Sao chép, bán lại hoặc khai thác dịch vụ ngoài phạm vi được cho phép.

Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt quyền truy cập nếu phát hiện hành vi vi phạm.

4. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba

Dịch vụ hoạt động cùng các nền tảng bên thứ ba, bao gồm Google và hạ tầng máy chủ. Việc bạn sử dụng các dịch vụ đó cũng chịu sự điều chỉnh của điều khoản và chính sách riêng của họ. Chúng tôi không kiểm soát và không chịu trách nhiệm cho thay đổi, gián đoạn hoặc lỗi phát sinh từ phía các nền tảng bên thứ ba.

5. Quyền riêng tư

Việc thu thập, sử dụng và lưu trữ dữ liệu được mô tả tại Chính sách quyền riêng tư. Việc sử dụng dữ liệu nhận từ Google API tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use).

6. Sở hữu trí tuệ

Dữ liệu và nội dung của bạn vẫn thuộc quyền sở hữu của bạn. Chúng tôi giữ quyền đối với mã nguồn, giao diện và tài liệu của hệ thống. Bạn không được sao chép hoặc sử dụng các thành phần này ngoài phạm vi được phép.

7. Miễn trừ và giới hạn trách nhiệm

  • Dịch vụ được cung cấp trên cơ sở "nguyên trạng" và "tuỳ theo khả năng sẵn có".
  • Chúng tôi không cam kết dịch vụ luôn hoạt động liên tục, không lỗi hoặc đáp ứng mọi mục đích cụ thể.
  • Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên hoặc mất dữ liệu, lợi nhuận phát sinh từ việc sử dụng dịch vụ.
  • Bạn nên tự sao lưu dữ liệu quan trọng trước khi tự động hoá.

8. Tạm ngừng và chấm dứt

  • Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng dịch vụ bất kỳ lúc nào và thu hồi quyền truy cập tại myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt quyền truy cập khi cần thiết cho bảo trì, bảo mật hoặc khi có vi phạm.
  • Khi chấm dứt, các điều khoản về quyền riêng tư, sở hữu trí tuệ và giới hạn trách nhiệm vẫn tiếp tục có hiệu lực.

9. Thay đổi điều khoản

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật các điều khoản này khi dịch vụ thay đổi. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại trang này kèm ngày cập nhật. Việc bạn tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ sau khi cập nhật đồng nghĩa với việc chấp nhận điều khoản mới.

1. The Service

We provide a workflow automation system based on n8n that connects Google services such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Calendar and other applications according to your configuration, in order to automate work tasks.

The service is a technical tool; results depend on the workflows and data you configure.

2. Accounts and Your Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and access you grant to the system.
  • You may only connect Google accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying us of any unauthorised access.
  • You are responsible for the content, data and actions performed by your workflows.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any law, privacy, or the rights of others.
  • Send spam, harmful or fraudulent content, or breach data.
  • Gain unauthorised access, scan for vulnerabilities, or overload the service.
  • Copy, resell, or exploit the service beyond what is permitted.

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abusive behaviour.

4. Third-Party Services

The service operates with third-party platforms, including Google and server infrastructure. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for changes, interruptions or faults originating from third-party platforms.

5. Privacy

The collection, use and storage of data is described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

Your data and content remain yours. We retain rights to the system's source code, interface and documentation. You may not copy or use these components beyond what is permitted.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data or lost profits arising from use of the service.
  • You should back up important data before automating.

8. Suspension and Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • We may suspend or terminate access when necessary for maintenance, security, or in case of violation.
  • On termination, provisions regarding privacy, intellectual property and limitation of liability survive.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with its revision date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
